Bojangles` in Ooltewah

2 sausage biscuits for $2 deal great price as we're the biscuits.

They’re all three leaf clovers, unlucky. Next time maybe make them four leaf clovers! But still great chicken!!!

Service was horrible and left my biscuits out of the family meal for the second time in a row. But I checked before I left this time. Went back in to get them and she was rude and then said she was rude because she is having to run the front and back. If I pay for something I deserve my food not my fault your having to do more than just your job. I wasn't trying to rush just wanted my food.

The food was excellent.

Well even though our food and coffee came out cold lol due to the warmer being turned off. The staff was nice and friendly and refunded our money. Stuff happens but they took ownership of their mistake, that's the best customer service!

Food was great, as always, bit I literally waited a good 3 minutes, before anyone came up front to take my order. This was at about 1:55. I even cranes my neck around and knocked on the counter. I heard people laughing and talking in the back and was given an excuse when the cashier came up front. The dining area had a couple of clean tables available and the drink counter needing wiping off . I miss the manager who was transferred to Cleveland. He was soooo nice and on the ball, about everything.

Plainly told the girl what we wanted. Went thru the drive thru and the order was still wrong.

They were short staffed but managed to get everything perfect and fast! Kudos for the crew!

Typically love Bojangles but this was not a good experience. Three people were working, took us 15 minutes to get our food. There was not one clean table so we picked the one that was least dirty. There was no sweet tea or lids for the cups. The ranch was hot and the food wasn't! Oh and we were the only customers in the restaurant, there was four of us. Very disappointed!

It was okay I was disappointed. Chicken was undercooked and the mayo was just spattered everywhere.

Pretty good stop for somebody who's from up north. Food is seasoned pretty well, I'd second this only to chick fil A

A group of 7 of us met at this location at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday afternoon. There were only two workers inside that we could see and they were screaming at each other and not waiting on the customers to take their orders. Our group of 7 left, along with several other customers due to the poor customer service.

I dont hate it. But it's currently closed due to covid19 reasons

Food was delicious as always! Service was great! We will definitely be back! If you haven't tried their food you really should. It's way better than other fast food chicken places. It's a whole other level of yummy!!

Food was great! The young lady sleeping in the drive thru window needs to be trained. Letting her gut hang out the window, yawning, coughing while window is open and we're waiting on our food. Then rudely says "HERE!" As she hands the food out; as if she's got more important things to do. Very unprofessional.

Never heard of Bojangles until we move down to Tennessee the place is awesome great food nice people great service it's an all-around great place to eat and it's very affordable

This store is poorly run. The past few times we’ve come here they have been severely understaffed. We waited forty minutes for chicken strips one time and today we’ve been waiting twenty minutes for biscuits. We ended up never getting our food and got our money back. The staff seems overwhelmed and unhappy to be here. This could be a much better place with some leadership and appropriate scheduling. I hope they start improving because we like Bojangles but this kind of disorganization and long wait is not worth it.

I love Bojangles, however, the one in Ooltewah that I would expect to be immaculate-never is! The customer service is poor, they never repeat your order, they rush you through the menu, 9/10 I’m either missing something or my food wasn’t the way I asked. I’m 8 months pregnant which is the only reason this bothers me now more than ever. Pay more attention with satisfying your customers please.

Had great service was very satisfying. I have never been so satisfied with and order to write a review. I recommend eating there very polite and sanitary.

Ordered the family deal but got Cajun. Didn't get what I ordered

Quick, easy, friendly staff. No major issues, although I wish that multiple meals were packed in separate bags

Great food, I love most the stuff on the menu. Low cost but great quality food, lots of different options. I try to eat here every chance I get(since there are none in my homestate). Place is clean and well kept, staff was nice enough. I would defiantly recommend eating here.

Back in the 1990's comedian, Chris Rock, joked that "they always screw you in the drive through ". Sadly, this is the standard at some fast food restaurants in 2019. Unfortunately, Bojangles in Ooltewah is one such place. Several visits compelled me to write this review. No straws given with my drinks, no napkins, and getting my order wrong. Each and every visit consistantly. Poor customer service skills, seriously, the ones that I dealt with looked miserable! The only reason I didn't give this place a 1 star is the food was delicious. And because they do have that going for them I'm giving them 2 out of 5. Good luck getting food thru the drive through. Check it before you pull off.

We sit in line for about 40 min drive off and found out our food was frozen I don't recommend this place anymore

This was not the best Bojangles' I have visited but it was good. My order was Incorrect and the chicken was not as warm as it should be.

The service was awful. I went in on my lunch break and it was a line of people. Its 12noon so u would think most restaurants would have enough employees there to keep up with the customers, but no not Bojangles.

How is it that you're a restaurant that sales chicken & you're completely out of chicken to the point that there's a 30 minute wait for chicken? That shouldn't be I understand maybe 10 or 15 minutes but not 30 minutes & only the drive thru is open. I wasnt satisfied with my visit.

My family and I visited the Ooltewah location and it was the best chicken I have had in a long time. The staff was amazing. The restaurant itself was very clean. The food was fresh and hot. Would definitely recommend this location to anyone.

Great food and exceptional service. There's a young man working there named Eric who really cares about his job. Extremely courteous and attentive.

We need a couple in Michigan! Food is great not greasy not a lot of batter and the crispy rounds are great!

1 hour and 3 minute wait! I’ve never had fast food so slow! I had the 20 piece tailgate which I tried to call in ahead but no one answered. As I waited and watched an uncoordinated staff people who had ordered just one or two biscuits waited thirty minutes plus in the lobby. They seemed to have plenty of people there but they don’t know what they are doing clearly. Awful experience and I’ll never go to a Bojangles again! I’m late back to work since I only get thirty minute lunch and waited over an hour!

Best chicken I've had in a while.

ordered a two breast meal with two fixins. they only had one breast and said it would take twenty mins for more breast. they subbed two thighs for one breast, which I thought was very nice. when I got home there was only one thigh and the breast was like leather from sitting for hours under a heat lamp. tried to call about issue from 7:30pm till they closed and again the following day but the phone was never answered. I am not impressed. UPDATE: I WENT to the restaurant and spoke with the manager. He not only fixed the problem, he made it right. He was kind, friendly, professional and went above and beyond to make the situation as easy and quick as possible.

Love there biscuits & chicken Supremes. Usually they have your order to u n a few minutes.

Waited way too long for a meal that was half cooked. They seem to always miss the mark and leave out something. I quit going there for awhile, but thought I would give them another chance. Failed again! - Don't go to this location.

Been here 3 times and every single time the employees stand around talking while numerous people are waiting on their food. We paid over 10 minutes ago, cashier walked off before we finished paying and still hasn't came back to give a receipt or our drink cups but are in full conversation about personal matters as we all stand here looking stupid and waiting. Terrible terrible place, the worst service imaginable every time. I do not recommend this store to anyone.

Great chicken and mashed potatoes and gravy

Always good always right. Mainly stop here for breakfast but love their chicken for lunch sometimes. Or if you're feeling really good, get breakfast for dinner!
